For Each car, based on the engine’s type and technology or used fuel, the output gas from the exhaust is different and the produced catalyst should be developed by R&D team with unique formulation according to customer needs. It is worth mentioning that, Euro 4 technology is used mostly in Iran, But Parto Farazan Co. has the knowledge and technology for Euro 6.
For Production of catalyst, there are two main methods: Zone Coating and Layer Coating. Parto Farazan Co. has the knowledge and technology for both methods and with view to each auto type and optimized catalyst, Parto Farazan chooses each of these methods.

In this method, 2 locations or zone are created in the monolith. The first location (Zone one) is near to the car engine and will convert the most toxic material and it has a unique formula. The second location (zone two) is made by another different formula and in this section, the remaining and passed pollutant gases which are converted in the first zone will
be converted to non-toxic gases.
